Tasty restaurant that feels like home! Can't speak to the other items but the HU TIEU never disappoints.  This place is usually packed right before lunchtime. The place used to be run down slightly but improved since then so now it's much cleaner and modern.

The best Hu Tieu in town! I have been going here my whole life and no other place will beat it. There's always a line during lunch time but it goes by quick. This place is CASH only! Parking in the area is a hassle but the food is worth it. I usually get the dry Hu Tieu! Don't forget to get some Chinese donuts on the side to dip with the soup they give you.

I'm a big fan of dry noodles and always look forward to trying new spots to see how it differs from other places. Dined in on a Sunday afternoon and was seated quickly. The tables definitely filled up as we were eating so luckily we avoided a wait. I tried the hu tieu nam vang with half rice and egg noodles. For this type of dish, soup on the side is the way to go. The soup came out hot with bone in it (feel like this is a hit or miss for people). Noodles were cooked well, meat toppings were decent portion. Everything tasted okay, somewhat on the bland side and could be more flavorful. I do like that they have whole chili peppers in a jar along with the condiments - not really spicy but helped boost the taste of every bite.

It seems the Chinese donut and siu mai (big meatball dish) are popular appetizers (a lot of tables ordered it). The worker asked if we wanted them upon taking our order but we decided not to. Maybe next time!

Be mindful it's cash only! I didn't have trouble finding parking. It's located at a plaza. You might not find close parking right in front of the restaurant but plenty of other spots nearby.

Decent a few years later. I came here right when they opened on a weekday and the restaurant was completely empty. Between the two of us, we sampled the star dishes : hu tiêu nam vang (no liver), meatball / xíu mại, soy milk, and Chinese donut.

The restaurant looks decent and the portions are enough to fill you up. Get the dry version of this dish so that it includes a soft bone with meat on the side.
The dish is noodles with a sweet and savory sauce , various meat toppings and fried garlic.

The xíu mại was decent, not fatty and the Chinese donut was crispy and freshly fried.

My go to spot for dried Vietnamese pho noodles or AKA Hu Tieu Kho! You know it's good and authentic when it's filled with locals and Vietnamese patrons!  This is REAL Vietnamese food!

I have been coming here since I was a kid and they have always been consistent throughout the years. I always get their Hu Tieu Nam Vang Kho, which is pho noodles tossed in a ground pork sauce, garnished with sliced pork, shrimp, and squid. It also is served with a small bowl of soup that comes with pork bones. Filled with flavor and made with love!

Service is quick, the asian ladies give you the menu and they come back in a minute to take your order. They will ask you if you want a savory Chinese donut with your meal and any meatballs which they make in house. When I'm feeling extra hungry, I will add a meatball or two.

They have a bunch of other items that I have tried throughout the years like their Hu Tieu Nuoc, which is soup with pho noodles - different from your typical Pho as this soup base is made from pork. They also have Mi Xao Don, which is crispy fried egg noodles with sauce.

Come give them a try and support your local small business, they need it! You won't regret it, this is a great spot for comfort food!
